Oatmeal with milk and banana is a classic that no decent cooking site can exist without. It really is a delicious, quick and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes – 60 gr.
- Milk – 160 gr.
- Water – 150 gr.
- Flax seeds – 10 gr.
- Sugar – 4-5 tsp.
- Butter – 20 gr.
- Banana – 2 gr.
- Any berries to taste (for example frozen blueberries)
Cooking
- In a saucepan mix water and milk.
- We add oatmeal, flax seeds and sugar.
- Stir and place on fire.
- Bring the mixture to the boil, reduce the heat and constantly stirring cook the porridge until fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes).
- At the end add butter, stir and remove the porridge from the heat.
- Banana peel and cut into pieces.
- In a deep bowl, place part of the banana, then the porridge and the remaining banana on top. At the end for contrast and mood add some more berries, even frozen ones will do.
Oatmeal with milk and banana is ready, you can serve.
